Healthcare Practitioner Reporting of Infectious Diseases

This presentation by Cindi Snider, MPH, gives you an overview of infectious disease reporting, with an emphasis on foodborne diseases. This presentation was prepared by the North Carolina Center for Public Health Preparedness in collaboration with the NC Public Health Regional Surveillance Team 6, the NC Department of Health and Human Services-Division of Public Health, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's School of Public Health.
