I is for Investigation Training Series

I is for Investigation is a training series consisting of seven sessions on outbreak investigation. The topics covered in the seven sessions are:
1. Recognizing an Outbreak
2. Study Design
3. Designing Questionnaires
4. Interviewing Techniques
5. Analyzing Data
6. Writing an Outbreak Report
7. Risk and Crisis Communication

Target Audience:
The North Carolina Center for Public Health Preparedness learning modules are applicable to all public health, medical, veterinary, pharmacy, emergency management, hospital and other professionals interested in public health preparedness.

Participants in this course will receive .05 CEU credits for the completion of each of the seven sessions. These modules are created by faculty and guest lecturers at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health.
