Local Needs and Preparedness for WMD Incidents: The Current - and Sobering - Picture

Starting with a study done in Kentucky, by Dr. Glenn Paulson, PhD, approximately one year after the 9/11 and anthrax letter attacks, this presentation covers the evolving response status as judged by a diverse set of professional organizations, government agencies, and individual experts. Sobering indeed.  This presentation was previously given at Johns Hopkins University, University of New York at Albany, South Carolina University, Alabama University, Florida University and Vanderbilt University, as well as the New Jersey State Legislature, where it sparked lively discussions.
